ABY-2C (YO-MIX® ABY-2C) yogurt culture produces a probiotic yogurt with very mild flavor and heavy body and texture. No post acidification. This culture has a 5-6 hour set time at 107ºF when used in pasteurized cow milk. Set times will be somewhat longer in unpasteurized and/or goat milk.

Gallon amount on bottle is equal to batch size recommendation for that bottle. Typical usage is 1.1 grams per 10 gallons.
