Aroma B

Aromatic Type B, also known as Aroma B, is a multi-species heterofermentative mesophilic starter culture for use in soft goat cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream, cultured butter, fermented buttermilk and fresh cheeses. Produces excellent buttery, diacetyl notes.


Chevre and other goat-milk cheeses, Havarti, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Blue, Camembert, Brie, Cottage Cheese, etc. May also be used to make Sour Cream, Buttermilk, Creme Fraiche, Cultured Butter.

For soft and fresh cheeses: 1 DOSE per 200 liters milk (approx. 53 gallons), 10 DOSE per 200 liters
