KSHRASE C Kosher Lipase

Kosher-approved calf lipase providing mild "picante" flavor characteristics for Mozzarella, Asiago, Provolone, Feta, Blue. Due to manufacturing process, this enzyme does not contain animal tissue and may be used to produce kosher cheese (and whey). This enzyme is not irradiated and may be used for organic cheese as well.
