Kid-lamb lipase: Traditional "pecorino" flavor characteristics for Romano, Provolone, feta. Irradiated as part of an improvement to site food safety program and will not affect the quality of the products -- do not irradiate again.

We recommend individual experimentation when using lipase with your milk to achieve desired effect. General guidelines as follows per 1000 lbs. milk: LP300 - 0.5-3.0 oz.; LP400 -1.0-3.0 oz.; LP500 - 0.5-2.0 oz.; LP600 - 0.5-1.5 oz.
